Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and [legal name of the owner to be added] (“Tradintell”, “we”), [address to be added], Italy. By creating an account or using Tradintell you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Tradintell is
Tradintell is a trading journal and analysis tool: you import or log your trades, and we show statistics, rule tracking, news context, backtesting on historical prices, a community and AI-generated reviews. Tradintell is not a broker, investment adviser or prop firm. We don't hold funds, place trades or give personal investment advice. Everything in the app is information and education, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and allowed to enter a contract where you live. You're responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. Your plan and payments
- Tradintell has a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Elite), billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. Prices are shown on the pricing section before you pay.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card details. Taxes may be added depending on your country.
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our refund policy.
- We may change prices for future periods. We'll tell you at least 14 days before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
- Features and limits of each plan may change as the product improves. We won't remove a core feature from a plan you've already paid for during that paid period.
4. Your content
Your trades, notes, screenshots and settings belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Tradintell for you (for example to calculate statistics or, when you use AI features, to send relevant data to our AI provider to produce your answer). When you post in the Traders Lounge, other members can see your alias, your post and any trade you choose to share; you give us permission to display that content inside Tradintell. You can delete your posts at any time.
5. Community rules
In the Lounge and anywhere else in Tradintell you agree not to:
- sell or promote signals, copy-trading, paid groups, or invite people to outside channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and similar);
- share personal contact details, or anyone else's personal data;
- harass, threaten or insult others, or post hateful, illegal, misleading or spam content;
- impersonate anyone, or claim results you didn't achieve;
- try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or access data that isn't yours.
We may hide or remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Data, accuracy and third parties
Market prices, economic calendars, news and actual results come from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Backtests use historical data and simplified fills; real trading differs. Prop firm templates are common structures only: always confirm your firm's exact rules. AI-generated text can contain mistakes. Check anything important yourself before you rely on it.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Tradintell running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or stop features. If we ever close the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using Tradintell and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or puts other users or the service at risk. Where it's reasonable we'll tell you why first.
9. Liability
Trading decisions are yours. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for trading losses, lost profits, failed challenges or decisions you make using information from Tradintell, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (for example for fraud, or for death or injury caused by negligence), and nothing affects your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Italy. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first: most problems can be sorted out quickly.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we'll tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use Tradintell after that means you accept the new terms.
